Whistleblowers and many RTI activists who have been exposing incidents of corruption by public servants and political leaders are doing wonderful job. But the problem is that that finally all matters go to Court. The time taken by our Court (Lower to Apex) is excessive, sometimes as high as 20 yrs+.
If cases take such a longer time to get decided how can justice be ensured and people's faith on our Judiciary be restored because by the time one case is decided the culprit will have commited 100 more frauds, thus he always remains in win-win situation.
