I am not joking, we have been replying to this question frequently among our friends, in parties, while playing, travelling, to our nearer, dearer and many a times to Chaay-wala, Paper-wala, Subji-wala etc. etc.
I thought of asking my learned friends as to what they think of, on really becoming PM of India for few days with full powers.
May I seek your answer please ?
