Tree for every vehicle produced ?

As a sensitive citizen, I have been writing to famous personalities to support my idea that “Manufacturers of Motorcycles, Scooters, Cars etc. should plant saplings equal to the number of vehicles produced by them and maintain the same till they are fully grown up to compensate the AIR-POLLUTION created by these vehicles.

    Sure it is a fantastic idea.You must be a very optimistic person even to expect some action.In India-there are lobbies working for and against a cause. Ultimately,depending upon the right political and bribe balance,the decision is taken with the connivance of those in power.

    It's a great idea. As a whole industries that produce carbon-monoxide or manufacture products that lead to carbon-monoxide pollution should be made to participate in environmental causes both in donation and in active participation.
